1. CNC lathe machine operators must clearly read the contents of the process map before processing, clearly know the details, shapes and dimensions of the workpiece, and know the processing content of the next process.
2. Before clamping the workpiece, measure whether the size of the workpiece meets the requirements of the drawing. When clamping the workpiece, you must carefully check whether its placement is in accordance with the programming instructions.
3. After finishing roughing, self-test should be carried out in a timely manner so that any erroneous data can be corrected in time. The contents of the self-test mainly include the position and size of the workpieces being processed.
(1) whether the workpiece is loose;
(2) Is the workpiece properly centered;
(3) Whether the size from the machined part of the CNC equipment parts to the reference edge (reference point) meets the requirements of the drawing;
(4) The position and size of CNC machining parts relative to each other. After checking the position size, measure the ruler of the draft shape (except the arcs).
4. Finishing is carried out only after rough self-inspection. After finishing, workers must self-check the shape and size of the workpieces: check the main length and width of the workpieces on a vertical surface; measure the size of the base point, marked in the drawing on the workpieces, on the inclined one. surface.
5. After the worker completes self-inspection of the workpiece and confirms that it meets the drawings and process requirements, the workpiece can be removed and sent to the inspector for special inspection.
