7. No equipment stamping oil is used, or the metal stamping oil used is very volatile.
8. The clearance during stamping is uneven, offset, the punch and the upper die are in the way.
9. The grinding insert has poor accuracy or wears out and loses its precision guiding function.
10. The mold guide is inaccurate and worn.
11. The punch and bottom die materials are incorrect and have the wrong hardness.
12. The guide parts (pins) are worn out.
13. Incorrect installation of gaskets resulted in damage to the punch and lower die.
Measures to combat breakage and chipping of the punch:
1. Solve the problems of chip jumping, chip blocking, mold stuck, etc.
2. Pay attention to the feeding of materials, cut the material strip in time and clean the mold in time.
3. Modify the design to increase the overall strength of the punch, shorten the size of the straight blade of the lower die, pay attention to the slope of the end face of the punch blade, and trim small parts back.
4. The length of the small punch is reduced by one material thickness of the large punch.
5. Change the design.
6. Monitor the machining accuracy of the bottom die of the punch, or change the design clearance and increase the clearance accordingly when stamping small parts.
7. Adjust the amount of dripping metal stamping oil or change the type of oil.
8. Check the accuracy of each molding machine and make changes or replacements to control the processing accuracy.
9. Repair or replace.
10. Replace the post guides and guide bushings and pay attention to daily maintenance.
11. Change material and use suitable hardness.
12. Correction: If the number of gaskets is small, you can use as many steel gaskets as possible and place them under the leakage gasket.
