General stages of processing parts on a CNC machine

1: First, we must formulate a reasonable processing technology and select suitable fixtures and tools based on the analysis of parts drawings, technical requirements, parts materials, etc.
2: Write a machining program according to the process requirements and workpiece properties. After proofreading, enter it into the CNC machine, check again and simulate the machining process.
3: After making sure everything is in order, install the tool and do trial cutting at low speed to check whether the size of the part meets the drawing requirements, and change the tool compensation according to the actual situation. After the part completely meets the drawing requirements, it can be processed normally.
