2. It is prohibited to place tools and other objects on the surface of the guides of the machine and workbench. It is not allowed to remove iron filings by hand; special cleaning agents should be used for cleaning.
3. Before starting the machine, observe the surrounding dynamics. After starting the machine, stand in a safe position to avoid being hit by moving parts of the machine and flying iron filings.
4. When operating machines of various types, it is not allowed to adjust the mechanism for changing the speed or stroke; it is not allowed to touch the working surface of the gear part, moving workpieces, tools, etc. with your hands. .Do not take any measurements during operation. Do not stand across the machine. The transmission part transmits or receives tools and other objects.
5. If unusual noise is detected, the machine should be stopped immediately for maintenance. Do not work with force or abnormal conditions, and do not overload the machine.
6. During the processing of each machine part, we must strictly adhere to technological discipline, clearly read the drawings, clearly see the control points, roughness and technical requirements of the corresponding parts of each part, and determine the processing procedures of the parts being manufactured.
7. Stop the machine when adjusting the speed and stroke of the machine, clamping workpieces and tools, and wiping the machine. Do not leave the work area while the machine is running. If you want to leave for any reason, you must stop the machine and turn off the power.
