about the project
Brass metal stamping is a common method for producing metal parts for light switches due to its high volume, low cost, and fast production capabilities. After receiving the project, we produce and supply metal stamped parts through the following steps:
The first step is to select a suitable brass alloy according to customer requirements.
The second step is to design and manufacture a continuous stamping mold, usually made of hardened steel and including a punch and die.
The third step is to start production on the stamping press, and the process is repeated until the required number of metal stamped parts has been produced.
Once the individual metal parts are manufactured and finished, HLC will deliver them to the customer according to the requested packaging and transportation methods. They will then assemble them into a light switch using special tools and equipment.
